Board of Directors

The Board of Directors has the authority in charge of the Awqaf affairs ( Islamic Endowments).

Their main responsibilities are the following:

1. Adopt the appropriate policies to achieve the strategic objectives of the Department of Awqaf in Ireland.
2. Reporting regularly (activities and achievements) to the Irish Islamic Chamber of Commerce IICC
3. Adopting the internal rules & regulation of Awqaf Ireland;
4. Managing Waqf assets feasibly, sustainably and fully transparent.
5. Adopting the annual budget based on the adopted strategic objectives.
6. Ensuring all activities are delivered 100% transparent and in compliance with Sharia.
